الملخص
تنطلق هذه المقالة من تحليل معنى العدل والمساواة في اللغة، وتعديد أهم اصطلاحاتهما الفنية في العلوم الإسلامية ليصل أخيرا إلى معناه في العرف العام، ثم انتصب بعد ذلك إلى أهم معاني مادتي العدل والمساواة وإبراز استعمالاتهما في القرآن، ثم خلص أخيرا إلى تعديد العبارات والأساليب ومختلف الطرق التي عبر بها القرآن عن معنيهما، وبذلك وفت المقالة بين تتبع العدل والمساواة في القرآن من جهة لفظهما اولا ثم من جهة معانيهما ثانيا. This article commences with an analysis of the linguistic meaning of justice and equality, as well as an enumeration of its most important disciplinary terms in the Islamic sciences, so that, in conclusion, its general technical meaning can be explored. Next, the most important meanings of the two morphological roots (Maadda) of justice and equality will be explored and an outline of its usages in the Quran. Finally, an enumeration of the expressions, styles and different ways the Quran expresses their two meanings is conducted. As a result the article has sufficiently examined, firstly, justice and equality in the Quran in terms of their utterances and, secondly, in regards to their meanings.
