الملخص
يعد دور المؤسسة العسكرية هو الظاهرة الأبرز في الحياة السياسية في تركيا، ومع نجاح حزب العدالة و التنمية في انتخابات عام 2002، حدثت هناك تغيرات وتحولات داخل تركيا، اذ تبنى الحزب سياسات اصلاحية شملت كافة المجالات، والهادفة إلى فرض السيطرة المدنية وإبعاد المؤسسة العسكرية بصورة كاملة عن الحياة السياسية، لتصبح بذلك العلاقة محل شد وجذب بين مؤسسة عسكرية يشهد لها التاريخ التركي ،وبين حزب مدني ذو رؤية متجددة و استراتيجية شاملة لدور الدولة في الحياة العامة، وهذا ما تهدف هذه الدراسة معالجته وفق مقاربة نقدية لجدلية السياسي والعسكري في تركيا، وما انتجته من سياسات عملية تجاه محاولة انقلاب 2016.The role of the military is the most prominent phenomenon in Turkey's political life, And with the success of the Justice and Development Party in the 2002 elections, There have been changes and transformations inside Turkey, The party has adopted reform policies in all fields, Its aim is to impose civilian control and completely exclude the military establishment from political life, Thus, the relationship becomes a point of tension and attraction between a military establishment that Turkish history witnesses, And between a civil party with a renewed vision and a total strategy for the role of the state in public life, This is what this study aims to address according to a critical approach to the political and military dialectic in Turkey, And the practical policies it produced towards the 2016 coup attempt.
