المؤشر الموحد U-index لقياس جودة البحوث العلمية

الملخص
مع ظهور الإنترنت و تنوع تطبيقاتها، فضلاً عن اتساع رقعة النشر الرقمي و مبادرات الوصول المفتوح، و تعدد المواقع التي تتخذ من قياسات الشبكة محورا تطبيقيا لها، ظهرت العديد من المؤشرات التي تهتم بقياس جودة الإنتاحية العلمية للباحثين. وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تشخيص جوانب القوة والضعف في المؤشرات المعتمدة وتحأول تجأوزها من خلال تصميم مؤشر جديدة يجمع خصائص جميع المؤشرات ويتجأوز سلبيات البعض منها ليكون مؤشرا موحدا لتقييم النتاجات العلمية للعلماء والباحثين بشكل عادل ومتوزان. وبعد التطبيق والمقارنة للمؤشر الموحد توصلنا الى ان قيمة المؤشر الجديد كانت اكثر دقة وموضوعية من قيم المؤشرات الاخرى فضلاً عن امكانية تجأوز بعض سلبيات المرافقة لها. With the beginning of the Internet and the diversity of its applications, as well as the expansion of digital publishing and open access initiatives, and the multiplicity of sites that take network measurements as an axis of application, many indexes have emerged that are concerned with measuring the quality of scientific productivity for researchers. Therefore, this study aims to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the approved indexer and try to overcome them by designing a new index that combines the characteristics of all indexes and exceeds the negatives of some of them to be a unified index to evaluate the scientific outcomes of scientists and researchers in a fair and balanced way. After application and comparison of the unified index, we reached the value of the index that was more accurate and objective than the values of other indexes, as well as the possibility of overcoming some of the negatives accompanying the other indexes.
