الملخص

- تَأْصِيلُ فِكْرَةِ البَحْثِ: أَنَّ الاِهْتِمَامَ بِالأُسُسِ النَّفْسِيَّةِ وَالعَوَامِلِ المُحَفِّزَةِ عَلَى السُّلُوكِ الإِجْرَامِيُّ لَدَى المُجْرِمِ يُؤَدِّي إِلَى دِرَاسَةِ تِلْكَ الأُسُسِ وَذَلِكَ لِلحَدِّ مِنْ الجَرِيمَةِ وَكَذَلِكَ عَجْزُ المُؤَسَّسَاتِ الإِجْتِمَاعِيَّةَ فِي إِيجَادِ الحُلُولِ المُنَاسَبَةَ لِلحَدِّ مِنْ سُلُوكِ المُجْرِمِ وَثَنِيَّةٌ عَمَّا أَرَادَ, وَكَذَلِكَ شَكْوَى المُجْتَمِعَاتُ مِنْ تَكَاثُرٍ وَتُطَوِّرُ الجَرِيمَةَ فِي المُجْتَمَعِ الصَّغِيرُ وَالكَبِيرُ, وَفَشَلَ مُؤَسَّسَاتِ التَّرْبِيَةِ وَالتَّعْلِيمِ صَغِيرُهَا وَكَبِيرُهَا فِي بَعْضِ الدُّوَلِ عَنْ اِحْتِوَاءِ المُرَاهِقِينَ وَتَعْدِيلِ سُلُوكِهِمْ, وَرُؤْيَةٌ بَعْضُ عُلَمَاءِ النَّفْسِ وَالتَّرْبَوِيِّينَ البَحْثَ وَالتَّقَصِّيَ فِي مُثُلِ هَذِهِ القَضَايَا الَّتِي أَرْهَقَتْ كَاهِلَ الشُّعُوبِ وَالأَمْنَ فِي كَثِيرٍ مِنْ دُوَلِ العَالَمِ. أَهَمِّيَّةُ البَحْثِ: تَتَجَلَّى مِنْ خِلَالِ تَحْدِيدِ الأُسُسِ النَّفْسِيَّةِ لِلشَّخْصِيَّةِ الجِنَائِيَّةِ الإِجْرَامِيَّةِ, فَضْلًا عَنْ بَيَانِ العَوَامِلِ المُحَفِّزَةِ مِنْ النَّاحِيَةِ النَّفْسِيَّةُ لِمَعْرِفَةٍ مَدَى اِنْعِكَاسٌ ذَلِكَ عَلَى السُّلُوكِ الإِنْسَانِيُّ الظَّاهِرُ إِلَى الحَيِّزِ الخَارِجِيُّ وَمَا هُوَ دَوْرُ الحَافِزِ مِنْ النَّاحِيَةِ الجِنَائِيَّةُ, وَإِذَا كَانَ السُّلُوكُ الإِنْسَانِيُّ بِشَكْلٍ عَامٍّ وَالسُّلُوكُ الإِجْرَامِيُّ بِشَكْلٍ خَاصٍّ لَا يُمْكِنُ إِرْجَاعُهُ إِلَى عَامِلٍ مُحَدَّدٌ فَأَنَّهُ يَتَطَلَّبُ مِنَّا مَعْرِفَةَ العَوَامِلِ المُحَفِّزَةَ لِلنِّيَّةِ نَحْوَ السُّلُوكِ الإِجْرَامِيُّ. - هَيْكَلِيَّةُ البَحْثِ: - المَبْحَثُ الأَوَّلُ: الأُسُسُ النَّفْسِيَّةَ لِلمُجْرِمِ فِي السُّلُوكِ الإِجْرَامِيُّ - المَبْحَثُ الثَّانِي: العَوَامِلُ المُحَفِّزَةُ لِلمُجْرِمِ فِي سُلُوكِهِ الإِجْرَامِيُّ Abstract - rooting the idea of research: that attention to the psychological underpinnings and the factors motivating the criminal behavior of the offender leads to the study of the foundations so as to reduce crime as well as the inability of social institutions in finding appropriate solutions to curb the behavior of the offender and the pagan what he wanted, as well as a complaint communities of the proliferation and development of crime in the community small and large, and the failure of education institutions, large and small in some countries to contain adolescents and modify their behavior, and see some psychologists and educators research and investigation in such cases that inflicted upon the shoulders of peoples and security in many countries of the world.
