الوقف ودوره في التنمية من خلال الصناديق الوقفية Alwakf And Its Role In Development Through Wakf Funds

الملخص

تعتبر الأوقاف من الموارد الهامة في الدولة من خلال ما تقدمه من خدمة في مجال التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية داخلها، وتبرز أهمية هذه الورقة البحثية في تبين ماهية الأوقاف وأهميتها، ودور الصناديق الوقفية الوقفية في مجال التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، خاصة من خلال النظام الخاص للوقف. إذ يعتبر من الموارد الثابتة التي خاصة إذا ما سعت الدولة إلى حصر الأوقاف واسترجاعها، وتنميتها من خلال الطرق المختلفة التي حددها الفقهاء والقانون لاستثمار الأوقاف وتنميتها، ومن خلال الصناديق الوقفية. Endowments are considered one of the important resources in the state through the service they provide in the field of economic and social development within it. The importance of this research paper is highlighted in clarifying what endowments are and their importance, and the role of endowment funds in the field of social and economic development, especially through the special system of endowments. It is considered one of the fixed resources that is especially true if the state seeks to inventory and retrieve endowments, and develop them through the various methods specified by the jurists and the law to invest and develop endowments, and through endowment funds.
