أثر توطين النظام المدمج للإدارة (الجودة، البيئة والسلامة المهنية) على الأداء الكلي المستدام لشركة فرتيال Fertial .

Résumé
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر إقامة متطلبات النظام المدمج للإدارة (الجودة، البيئة والسلامة المهنية) على الأداء الكلي المستدام لشركة فرتيال Fertial. وقد إحتوت هذه الدراسة على جزئين، الأول نظري سلط الضوء على مفهوم النظام المدمج للإدارة وعلى أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتوطينه في منظمات الأعمال، بالإضافة إلى تشريح مفهوم الأداء الكلي للمنظمة في إطار الإستدامة مع إبراز أهم مكوناته ومؤشرات قياسه. أما الثاني تطبيقي تناول إسقاط موضوع الدراسة على شركة فرتيال Fertial وهي أحد الشركات الجزائرية الموُطنة للنظام المدمج للإدارة، وذلك من أجل تحديد علاقة الإرتباط والتأثير بين هذا الأخير والأداء الكلي للشركة محل الدراسة في إطار متطلبات الإستدامة، وذلك من خلال توزيع إستمارة على عينة مكونة من 38 فرد وتحليلها بإستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إرتباط معنوية موجبة وتأثير معنوي بين المتغير المستقل (النظام المدمج للإدارة: الجودة، البيئة والسلامة المهنية) والمتغير المعتمد التابع (الأداء الكلي المستدام لشركة فرتيال Fertial). The aim of this study is to demonstrate the impact of establishing the requirements of the integrated management system (quality, environment and occupational safety) on the overall sustainable performance of Fertial company. The study contained two parts, the first highlighted the concept of integrated management system and the most important requirements for localization in business organizations, in addition to dissecting the concept of the overall performance of the organization in the framework of sustainability and highlighting its most important components and measurement indicators. Whereas The second is application that dealt with dropping the subject of the study on the company "Fertial" which is one of the Algerian domestic companies of the integrated system, in order to determine the relationship of correlation and impact between the latter and the total performance of the company under study in the framework of the requirements of sustainable development, through the distribution of a questionnaire on a sample of 38 individuals and analyzed using the statistical analysis program SPSS. The study concluded that there was a significant positive correlation between the independent variable (the integrated system of quality management and the environment and occupational safety) and the dependent variable (overall sustainable performance of Fertial company).
