ملخص: عاشت مملكة غرناطة خلال ما بين القرنيين السابع والتاسع الميلاديين فتراتٍ صعبة طبعتها صراعات عسكرية مع النصارى دامت لفترات طويلة، انعكست على الرعية بالسلب وكانت الأسرة داخل المجتمع الغرناطي تعيش الأمرين فحلّت مسائل الطلاق وفكّ العصمة عن الزوج المفقود، كما أثيرت مسألة نفقة على قضاة حضرة غرناطة، ونوقشت مسائل الميراث، وحضانة الأطفال بعد فكّ العصمة، وكلها مسائل طرحت في كتب فتاوى الغرناطيين والتي ناقشناها مسلطين الضوء عن مؤثرات الحروب على الأسرة النصرية في عهد بني الأحمر. Abstract: Granada Kingdom went through difficult periods, namely long-lasting military conflicts with the Christians. This had negatively affected parishioners where families within the western society suffered from marital issues. Hence, divorce cases and separation from the missing husband were resolved. Moreover, alimony issue was adjudicated before Granada judges, and the issues of inheritance and child custody after divorce were discussed. All these issues were raised in the books of the Granada's fatwas, which were discussed in the current research by highlighting the effects of war on the Nasrid family in Banu al-Ahmar dynasty
