الملخص
الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أسباب تفشي جائحة كورونا 19 داخل السجون للقضاء عليها مستقبلا ، وتعد مسألة اكتظاظ السجون ظاهرة عالمية تعاني منها معظم الدول ، واشتد طرحها في الوقت الراهن بسبب انتشار فيروس كورونا داخل السجون حيث وجد الأرض الخصبة له. وإذا كانت مسألة أنسنة السجون تقتضي حماية أرواح المحبوسين وتوفير الرعاية الصحية اللازمة لهم ، وأن تجاهلهم سيؤدي إلى كارثة إنسانية ، فإن من تداعياته أن سارعت الدول إلى إطلاق سراح الآلاف من المحبوسين عن طريق العفو الذي ظاهره انساني ولكنه عشوائي تخشى عواقبه ، والتفكير في مصير السجون ما بعد كورونا منطقي ، وهو مطروح لإيجاد أفضل الحلول للقضاء على الاكتظاظ باللجوء إلى بدائل أخرى مدروسة بقدر ما تراعى فيها انستنها تراعى أضرارها. Abstract This study aims to investigate the causes of the Corona 19 pandemic inside prisons to eliminate them in the future, and the issue of prison overcrowding is a global phenomenon that most countries suffer from, and its discussion has intensified at the present time due to the spread of the Corona virus inside prisons where it found fertile environment for it. And If the issue of humanizing prisons requires protecting the lives of prisoners and providing them with the necessary health care, and ignoring them will lead to a humanitarian catastrophe, one of its repercussions is that countries rushed to release thousands of detainees through amnesty that appeared humane but random and feared its consequences, and thinking about the fate of prisons. After Corona, it is logical, and it is proposed to find the best solutions to eliminate overcrowding by resorting to other thoughtful alternatives, as far as people are taken into account and take into account their damages.
