الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة علاقة مصدر الضبط بمهارة التصويب لدى لاعبي كرة اليد، حيث شمل مجتمع الدراسة ولاية المسيلة و تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة القصدية، و قد تكونت عينة البحث من 20 لاعب اقل من 17 سنة لفريق شباب بوسعادة لكرة اليد، حيث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي و كذا مقياس مصدر الضبط النفسي، و خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين مصدر الضبط الداخلي بمهارة التصويب لدى لاعبي كرة اليد صنف اقل من 17 سنة.Abstract : This study aims to find out the relationship of the source of control with the correction skill of handball players, Where the study community included the mandate of M'sila and the study sample was chosen intentionally, and the research sample consisted of 20 players under 17 years of youth team Bou-Saada for handball, where the researchers used the curriculum Descriptive as well as the measure of the source of psychological control, and the study concluded that there is a relationship between the source of internal control with the skill of correction for handball players ranked less than 17 years
