الملخص
سعت الإدارة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر، منذ الأيام الأولى للاحتلال إلى العمل وفق سياسة تدريجية ماكرة إلى فَرْنَسَةِ ما تعلق بنظام الأوقاف، الذي مثل أبرز مصادر التمويل التي كان يعتمد عليها الجزائريون وقتئذ، حيث عمدت إلى وضع تشريعات أو قوانين بهدف زعزعة وتغيير مجموع القيم، الأعراف والمبادئ التي كان يَحْتَكِمُ إليها المجتمع الجزائري في هذا المجال التشريعي، وهو ما انعكس سلبا على مختلف مناحي الحياة؛ الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، التعليمية وكذا الدينية، الأمر الذي يستوجب الوقوف عنده قصد تجلية متعلقاته. The French colonial administration in Algeria, since the first days of the occupation, sought to work according to a cunning, gradual policy to Frenchize the endowment system, which represented the most prominent sources of funding on which the Algerians were relying at the time, as it set out to legislate or laws with the aim of destabilizing and changing the sum of values, customs. And the principles that the Algerian society was bound by in this legislative field, which was negatively reflected in all aspects of life; Social, economic, educational, as well as religious, which must be considered in order to reveal its belongings.
