الملخص

اللغة ظاهرة اجتماعية تنشأ كما ينشأ غيرها من الظواهر الاجتماعية الأخرى في مجتمعات البشر المختلفة، واللغة في حقيقتها لا تعدو أن تكون وسيلة من وسائل تنظيم المجتمع الإنساني تربط بين الشعوب، أمّا القول بأنّ اللغة ظاهرة اجتماعية فإنّه ينطبق عليها ما يعتري الظاهرة الاجتماعية من تبدلات وتغيرات انعكاسا لحركة المجتمع وتطوره. ومن المقرر أنّ أي احتكاك يحدث بين لغتين يؤدي إلى ما يسمى بظاهرة الاقتراض اللغوي فتقترض هاتان اللغتان من بعضهما البعض، فالاقتراض اللغوي هو ظاهرة لغوية مشتركة لاتكاد تخلو منها أية لغة، ولهذه الظاهرة عوامل وأسباب أدت إلى نشوئها كالجوار والهجرة والتطور اللغوي، وقد يكون الاقتراض نتيجة للحاجة إذ إنّ الدافع الرئيس للاقتراض هو الحاجة إلى إيجاد ألفاظ لموضوعات جديدة ومفاهيم جديدة وأسماء جديدة ، وقد يكون أيضا الاعجاب باللفظ الأجنبي فلاشك أنّ الإعجاب ضروب كأن يعجب إنسان بجرس كلمة أو بمعناها وغير ذلك مما لا يمكن حصره. Abstract: Language is a social phenomenon that arises as well as other social phenomena in different human societies, and language is in fact nothing more than a means of organizing human society that connects peoples, but to say that language is a social phenomenon, to which the social phenomenon is characterized by changes andchanges reflecting the movement and development of society. It is planned that any friction between two languages leads to the so-called phenomenon of linguistic borrowing, these two languages borrow from each other, language borrowing is a common linguistic phenomenon that is hardly devoid of any language, and this phenomenon has factors and reasons that have led to its creation such as neighbourhood, migration and linguistic development, and borrowing may be the result of the need, since the main motivation for borrowing is the need to find words for new topics, new concepts and new names, and may also be admiring the foreign word flash as a human being like the word admiration. Or in its meaning and other incalculable.
