الملخص
ملخص: يُعَدُّ حق حل البرلمان، السلاح الممنوح للحكومة تجاه البرلمان، ويملك الأخير سلاح سحب الثقة من الحكومة، وهذا ما يُسمّى بالسلاح الموازي بين السلطات، من أجل خَلْقِ التوازن بينهما. لكن حل البرلمان من قِبَل الحكومة تترتب عليه آثار قانونية؛ كون الحكومة سوف تمارس اختصاصات البرلمان دون وجود رقابةٍ برلمانيةٍ، كون المجلس قد انحل وفقد صفته القانونية. فإنَّ جميع الأعمال سوف تكون بيد الحكومة لحين انتخاب برلمانٍ جديدٍ. Abstract: The right to dissolve Parliament is the weapon granted to the government towards Parliament, and the latter possesses the weapon of withdrawing confidence from the government, and this is called a parallel weapon between the authorities, in order to create a balance between them. However, the dissolution of Parliament by the government has legal implications. The fact that the government will exercise the powers of the parliament without parliamentary oversight, as the parliament has dissolved and lost its legal status. All business will be in the hands of the government until a new parliament is elected.
