الملخص
تعتبر جريمة الإبادة الجماعية من أخطر الجرائم نظرا لشمولها على عدد كبير من الأشخاص بحيث يتم إبادتهم نهائيا ،بسبب انتمائهم لدين معين أو لغة معينة أو...،وذلك له آثار على تطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني و تحقيق السلم و الأمن الدوليين ،حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان الآثار الإيجابية و السلبية لهذه الجريمة ،وتوصلنا إلى أنها لها أثار سلبية كثيرة وهو ما يؤثر على تطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني و تحقيق السلم و الأمن الدوليين في العالم.
