Optimization Of Stator Slots And Rotor Ventilation Holes In Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

Abstract

This paper describes a novel approach using a random optimization procedure to determine the design of a stator slots and rotor ventilation holes to obtain a maximum efficiency by reducing the losses in permanent magnet synchronous motor. We choose a model for coupled the magnetic and the electric geometry parameters to calculate the machine performance.
