الحوكمة كأداة لإستمرارية الشركات الاقتصادية العائلية عبر الأجيال دراسة ميدانية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق الحوكمة على استمرارية الشركات الاقتصادية العائلية عبر الأجيال، وتعزيز ديمومتها لمواصلة القيام بنشاطها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان بعمل دراسة ميدانية بالشركة العائلية كوندور الكترونيكس، حيث تم توزيع استبانة على إطارات ومسيري الشركة، وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج (spss)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن تطبيق الحوكمة يساهم في تعزيز استمرارية الشركات الاقتصادية العائلية عبر الأجيال، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تدعيم تركيبة مجلس الإدارة بأعضاء مستقلين، رسم سياسة لانتقال المسؤولية للأبناء، تسوية الخلافات العائلية بعيدا عن الشركة. This study aimed to know the impact of the application of governance on the continuity of family economic companies across generations to continue their activity, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers carried out a field study of Condor Electronics, where a questionnaire was distributed on the company's frames, and the data was processed using the program (spss), and the study reached a number of results, the most important: the application of governance contributes to the promotion of the continuity of family economic companies, and recommends the need to strengthen the composition of the Board of Directors with independent members, drawing a policy of transfer of responsibility to children, and the settlement of family differences away from the company.
