This research exposes the wondrous un-translatability of the Holy Quran. Just as Allah has challenged mankind to make up a similar book in Arabic language, He has similarly defied them to elaborate its translation replica in any target language. The aspects of the Holy Quran miraculous un-translatability can be determined both on the theoretical and practical levels. The fiasco of the translation theory to incorporate the translation act in the Holy Quran is theoretically demonstrated in this article. In doing so, illustrations are provided with respect to the concepts of Translation, Adaptation, Dynamic Equivalence and Loss virus gain. On the practical level, however, the Holy Quran miraculous un-translatability is correlated with the failure of any target language to execute the "albayaniya" (Thruth) function executed by the language of revelation. The concept of "albayan" can be perceived only in the light of "albayaniya" theory based on four requirements. These include the translator consciousness as well as the various linguistic, cultural and theological genres of knowledge. The translator of the Holy Quran is to be equipped with these four prerequisites in order to achieve "albayan attarjami» (Translation generated truth) which upholds the alabyaniya theory of the Holy Quran. The wondrous un-translatability of the Holy Quran constitutes the core and the theoretical frame of such theory which considers on the one hand, Allah opaque utterance in the Holy Quran as Devine-specific to be man simulated and the human being words as too shallow to allow imitation, duplication or replication processes, on the other.
