الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الخلفية التاريخية لظاهرة السقف الزجاجي وكشف الحواجز التنظيمية القائمة على بعد النوع،لذلك تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف جذور وخلفيات المفهوم النظرية، توصلت النتائج إلى أن السقف الزجاجي ظاهرة عالمية عانت منها النساء ولازالت في الدول المتقدمة وغيرها، وهو ما كشفت عنه الدراسات الميدانية المعاصرة، والممارسات التنظيمية التمييزية والتصورات التي تعيق تقدم المرأة في المناصب القيادية، ما هي إلا امتداد لتراكمات فكرية تاريخية واجتماعية قائمة على افتراضات جنسانية، راسخة في البناء الاجتماعي منذ القدم . This study aims to highlight the historical background of the glass ceiling phenomenon and to reveal the organizational barriers based on the gender dimension. A descriptive analytical approach has been followed to describe the roots and backgrounds of the concept concept. The results of the study concluded that the glass ceiling is a global phenomenon that women have suffered and are still in developed countries and others, which revealed On him, contemporary field studies, discriminatory organizational practices and perceptions that hinder the advancement of women in leadership positions are an extension of historical and social intellectual accumulations based on gender assumptions, rooted in social construction since ancient times.
