الطرق التدريسية المستخدمة في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة القويعية في المملكة العربية السعودية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الطرق التدريسية المستخدمة في المرحلة المتوسطة من وجهة نظر المعلمين وقادة المدارس ، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطبيق أداة القياس (الاستبانة) حيث اشتملت على (25) فقرة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (219) من المعلمين وقادة المدارس للمرحلة المتوسط بمحافظة القويعية. وتم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على الاستبانة، كذلك تم استخدام اختبار "ت" لمجموعتين مستقلتين للمقارنة بين تقديرات عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغير التخصص، والوظيفة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أكثر الطرق التدريسية استخداماً هي طريقة السؤال والجواب ثم طريقة المناقشة، وأن أقل الطرق التدريسية استخداماً هي طريقة الرحلات الميدانية وبتاء النماذج والمحاكاة والمناظرة. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتهيئة الظروف المناسبة للقيام بالرحلات الميدانية، وتدريب المعلمين على استخدام طرق النماذج والمحاكاة والمناظرة. الكلمات المفتاحية : المعلمين ، طرق تدريس Abstract The teaching methods used in the intermediate stage from the teachers’ and the school leaders’ point of view in Alquwayeah Governorate Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the teaching methods used in the intermediate stage from the teachers’ and the school leaders’ point of view, to achieve this aim the researcher applied a questionnaire contained (25) items as a study tool for his study . The study sample consisted of (219) teachers and school leaders of the intermediate stage in Alquwayeah Governorate. The arithmetic means and the standard deviations of the grades of the study sample in the questionnaire were extracted, The T-test was used with two independent groups to compare between the grades of the study sample according to the field of specification and the position variables. The findings of the present study showed that: the most used teaching methods were; the question and answer method then the discussion method, and the less used teaching methods were; field visit method, building models method, simulation method and debate method.
