دور الاعتماد الأكاديمي في ضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي (عرض تجارب عربية)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية الاعتماد الأكاديمي للنظام التعليمي ودوره في الوصول إلى رؤية مشتركة مُؤسَّسَة على الارتقاء بجودة هذا النظام، إضافة إلى عرض بعض الممارسات العربية (الإمارات، السعودية، الأردن) التي تطبق الاعتماد الأكاديمي وشرح الخطوط والمحاور الكبرى له. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مبادرات فعلية من اجل دعم مسار الجودة في التعليم العالي في الدول محل الدراسة، من خلال تأسيس هيئات تعمل على منح الاعتماد الأكاديمي ومتابعة تحقيقه، وتحديد المعايير المطلوبة بدقة وخصوصية تحقيقا لغرض مراقبة أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي على عدة مستويات، الأمر الذي يعزز الثقة بين الدولة والمجتمع سيَّما في ما يخص (البرامج الأكاديمية، والمستوى العام لمؤسسات التعليم العالي، وكذا بقية الخدمات والأنشطة التي تقدمها). The study aimed at clarifying the importance of the academic accreditation of the educational system and its role in reaching a common vision based on improving the quality of the educational system, in addition to presenting some Arab practices (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan) . The study found that there are actual initiatives to support the quality path in the higher education in the countries under study, through the establishment of bodies that work to grant academic accreditation and follow up its achievement, , and to define the standards required with accuracy and privacy in order to monitor the performance of institutions of higher education at several levels, which enhances the trust between the state and society. L'étude visait à clarifier l'importance de l'accréditation académique du système éducatif et son rôle dans la réalisation d'une vision commune basée sur l'amélioration de la qualité du système éducatif, en plus de présenter certaines pratiques arabes (EAU, Arabie Saoudite, Jordanie). L’étude a révélé qu’il existe des initiatives concrètes pour soutenir la voie de la qualité dans l’enseignement supérieur dans les pays étudiés, grâce à la création d’organismes chargés d’accréditer les études et de suivre ses réalisations, et de définir les normes requises avec exactitude et confidentialité afin de suivre les performances des établissements d’enseignement supérieur à plusieurs niveaux, Ce qui renforce la confiance entre l'État et la société.
