الملخص
الملخص: تعد القضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين من أصعب القضايا المطروحة على المجتمع الدولي ،فهي قضية شعب طرد من أرضه بقوة ليحل محله شعب أخر حيث تمثل واحدة من أشد أزمات اللاجئين في فترة ما بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية و تبرز بشكل واضح على قائمة الأوضاع السياسية ،فلا يوجد مثيل لها في مجمل القضايا على الساحة الدولية،و يواجه اللاجئون الفلسطينيون مشكلة مند تهجيرهم عام 1948 ليس في كونهم لاجئين طردوا من وطنهم و لكن تكمن المعضلة في تحديد مصطلح من هو اللاجئ إذ تتعدد تعريفات اللاجئ في المواثيق و الأعراف الدولية ،وفقا لاختلاف الظروف و الوقائع التي يعيشها اللاجئ ووفقا للملابسات السياسية و اللاجئون عند تعريف هويتهم و تحديد مصطلحهم يمكن القول بأنهم شعب أمن طرد من وطنه و دياره بقوة البطش و السلاح و أصبحوا بفعل دلك مقيمين في المنافي و الشتات و من حقهم النضال بكل الوسائل من اجل العودة إلى ديارهم. Abstract : The Palestinian refugee issue is one of the most difficult issues before the international community, as it is the issue of a people who were forcefully expelled from their land to be replaced by another people, as it represents one of the most severe refugee crises in the post-World War II period and appears clearly on the list of political situations. In all the issues on the international arena, Palestinian refugees have faced a problem since their displacement in 1948 Not that they are refugees expelled from their homeland, but the dilemma lies in defining the term who is a refugee, as there are many definitions of a refugee in international covenants and norms, according to the different circumstances and facts that the refugee lives and according to political circumstances and refugees when defining their identity and defining their term can be said that they are a people A security person was expelled from his homeland and homes by force of brutality and arms, and by this they became residents of exile and diaspora, and they have the right to fight by all means in order to return to their homes.
