أهمية التخطيط التربوي في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية. (دراسة ميدانية ببعض متوسطات مدينة عين ولمان)

الملخص
يعد عنصر التخطيط التربوي من أهم العناصر التي تسعى إلى تحقيق التنمية الشاملة لأي مجتمع، وهو وسيلة أي دولة للتقدم والرقي في مجال التربية والتعليم، وتتجلى أهداف هذه الدراسة في إبراز أهمية التخطيط التربوي في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور المتوسط، ولقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة، وتم اختيار الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في حين كانت عينة الدراسة متمثلة في بعض أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ببعض متوسطات مدينة عين ولمان، ولقد توصلنا إلى أن للتخطيط التربوي دور فعال في إنجاح سيرورة حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية وتحقيق أهدافها، وذلك انطلاقا من تحسين عملية التخطيط ومن خلال تحسين عملية التنبؤ، وكذلك تحسين عملية التنفيذ من خلال عملية التدريس، وتحسين عملية التقويم من خلال الاستخدام الأمثل للمناهج والأساليب، ومن أجل هذا توصلنا إلى ضرورة إعطاء أهمية بالغة في رفع كفاءات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وتكوينهم في مجال التخطيط التربوي. The educational planning element is one of the most important elements that seek to achieve the comprehensive development of any society, and it is a means for any country to advance and advance in the field of education, and the objectives of this study are evident in highlighting the importance of educational planning in teaching physical education and sports in the intermediate stage, and we have used the descriptive approach Because of its suitability, the nature of the study, and the questionnaire was chosen as a tool for collecting data, while the study sample was represented by some teachers of physical education and sports with some averages of the city of Ain and Lehmann. The planning process and through improving the forecasting process, as well as improving the implementation process through the teaching process, improving the evaluation process through the optimal use of curricula and methods, and for this we have come to the need to give great importance to raising the competencies of physical education and sports teachers and their formation in the field of educational planning.
