السياحة البيئية كألية لدعم التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع السياحة البيئية في الجزائر وإبراز أهم المقومات الطبيعية، التاريخية والأثرية التي تزخر بها، و كذا توضيح الاستراتيجيات والمبادرات المنتهجة من طرف الدولة الجزائرية للنهوض بهذا القطاع و تطويره و ذلك في إطار عمليات التخطيط التنموي المستدام، و قد خلصت هذه الدراسة الى أن الجزائر وعلى رغم ما تمتلكه من مقومات سياحية بيئية تسمح لها بتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، الا أنها لم تحسن استغلال هذه المقومات، كما أن مساهمة السياحة بشكل عام في التنمية الاقتصادية تبقى مساهمة ضئيلة اذا ما قورنت بباقي القطاعات، الأمر الذي يتطلب من السلطات اعتماد أليات من شأنها تطوير السياحة البيئة. The aim of this study is to highlight the actual Eco-tourism in Algeria and put forward the main natural, historical and Archaeological components that the country abounds in and is proud of, It also clarifies the considered strategy and the initiatives approached by the Algerian Government to promote and develop this sector within the sustainable development planning operations. This study concluded that despite all the Eco-touristic ingredients Algeria has and that could allow the latter achieving sustainable development dimensions, it has not taken benefit nor optimized these components, It is to be noted that tourism generally contributes in a minor way to the economic growth when compared to the other sectors and that, subsequently, requires form the authorities to put in place some mechanisms to promote and encourage the Eco-tourism.
