تقييم أداء شركات التأمين على الأضرار -دراسة مقارنة بين الشركات العمومية والخاصة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2014-2017-

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد كيفية تقييم أهم 13 معدل لقياس أداء النشاط التقني والمالي، الملاءة المالية، والنتائج السنوية لشركات التأمين على الأضرار، وفي نفس الوقت تحديد مدى الفوارق الموجودة في أداء شركات التأمين العمومية مقارنة بشركات التأمين الخاصة في الجزائر، وذلك خلال الفترة 2014-2017. وقد تم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS لتحليل بيانات الدراسة، وذلك بالاستعانة بالمتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، واختبار T-test لتحديد ما إذا كانت توجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية احصائيا عند مستوى ثقة محدد بـ 5% بين متوسطات معدلات تقييم الأداء المستخدمة. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن هناك العديد من الاختلافات بين أداء هذه الشركات خلال فترة الدراسة، وهذه الاختلافات أغلبها ذات دلالة معنوية احصائيا. In this study, we tried to identify how to evaluate the most important ratios to determine the performance of technical and financial activity, solvency, and the annual results of property & liability insurance companies, and at the same time we tried to determine the differences in the performance of the public insurance companies compared to the private insurance companies in Algeria during 2014-2017. To analyse the data of this study we used the SPSS program, by using the mean, standard deviation, and T-test to determine whether there are statistically significant differences at a 5% of confidence level between the means of these ratios. We have concluded that there were many differences between the performance of these companies during the study period, and these differences were mostly statistically significant.
