الإعلام الجديد ودوره في الحراك السياسي في المنطقة العربية

الملخص
يقول خبير الإعلام اللبناني أستاذ الإعلام في الجامعة اللبنانيةنسيم خوري"بأن العالم اليوم يعيش المرحلة الأخيرة، التي يبدو الصراع فيها محسوما لصالح الإعلام الموجه". فإلى وقت قريب، اقتصرت آراء الخبراء والباحثين المتداولة حول ما أثير عن الإمكانيات الواعدة للوسائط الحديثة عبر الانترنت وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على التنظير، بما في ذلك قدرتها على التأثير على نماذج الحوكمة التشاركية، والمشاركة المدنية الشعبية، وإنشاء قوى مدنية شعبية جديدة، وبعد مضي بضعة أشهر من عام 2011 ظهرت دلائل قوية تؤكد إمكانية تحول تلك النظريات إلى وقائع، فقد نجحت أدوات الإعلام الاجتماعي في الوقت الراهن في التعبئة والتنظيم بين القيادات في الحملات الاحتجاجية وأدت دورا مركزيا في مواجهة السلطة وإحداث تغييرات اجتماعية وحتى سياسية في المنظومة المجتمعية ككل بما في ذلك إسقاط أنظمة وإنشاء أنظمة بديلة. Abstract: The libanaises professor of media in the Lebanese university Nassim Khouri Said, "the world today is living the last phase that the controversy is determined for the benefit of the guided media". Not so long ago, opinions of experts and researchers were confined on around what was mentioned about the promising potential of modern and new media through the internet and social communication networking on Contemplating , including its Capability to influence the participating governing models ,and the popular Civil participation plus Creating new popular Civil forces. After few months passing from 2011, Some strong evidence appeared Confirming the possible turning of these theories into reality. Indeed , those social media tools succeeded in the time being in mobilizing and organizing between leaders in protesting campaigns , and played a central role in confronting authorities and make social differences and erea political in social organizations at large , including overthrowing systems and creating substututional ones.
