الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على التطورات العامة التي عرفتها عمليات الأرشفة منذ القرن 19، وتأثير ذلك على عمليات بناء التاريخ، كما يناقش الاختلافات التي ظهرت بين الأرشيفيين والمؤرخين، والناتجة عن الاعتقاد بأن الأرشيف عبارة عن مخازن للمحفوظات خالية من الصعوبات والمشاكل. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن نظرة بعض المؤرخين لا تنصف الأرشيفيين، باعتبار الضغوطات التي يتعرضون لها خلال عملهم. مما يفرض عقد شراكات بين الطرفين للرقي بالمنتوجين الأرشيفي والتاريخي. كما تطرقت الدراسة في جزئها الأخير إلى الإكراهات التي تواجهها عمليات الأرشفة، لكونها تعاني من أخطاء الأرشيفيين أثناء عمليات الانتقاء والتقييم والترتيب من جهة، ورقابة الدولة من جهة ثانية، حيث يتم إبعاد وإقصاء مجموعة من الوثائق الأرشيفية؛ مثل الذي تعرضت له بعض الوثائق البريطانية والسوفياتية والبلجيكية التي ترتبط بأحداث تاريخية مختلفة خلال القرن 20، وقد ختمنا الدراسة بتناول وضعية أرشيف المغرب والصعوبات التي يواجهها في الحقبة الراهنة. Abstract : This study sheds the light on the general developments in archiving operations since the 19th century, and the impact of that on history building processes, as well as discusses the differences that emerged between archivists and historians, resulting from the belief that the archive is a repository free of difficulties and problems. The research found that some historians do not do justice to archivists, given the pressures they are exposed to during their work, which imposes a contract of partnership between the two parties to promote archival and historical products. The study also discussed in its last part the constraints faced by archiving operations, as it suffers from the errors of archivists during the selection, evaluation and arrangement processes on the one hand, and state control on the other hand, where a group of archival documents are excluded and eliminated, such as that experienced by some British, Soviet and Belgian documents Which are related to various historical events during the 20th century, and we concluded our study by examining the situation of the Moroccan archive and the difficulties it faces in the present era.
