الملخص
ملخص: الشعوب الأصلية واقع يعيشه المجتمع الدولي ويتعامل معه من حيث وجوب تقبله رغم الإختلاف العرقي والديني ،اللغوي ،الإثني وغيره وفق التنوع الثقافي وإحترامهم على قدم المساواة مع باقي الشعوب، والتكفل بحماية حقوقهم وتعزيزها دون الضرر بالنظام العام للدولة المتواجدين فيها وفق الأنظمة القانونية الوطنية أ والدولية. ABSTRACT: Indigenous peoples are a reality of the international community lives and acts with in terms of accepting it despite ethnic, religious, Language and other differences According to cultural diversity of cultural diversity, respecting them on an equal footing with other peoples, and ensuring that their rights are protected and promoted without harming the public order of the state in which they are located in accordance with national or international legal regulations.
