الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس اثر إهتمام المسيرين بالمعرفة من اجل تنمية المناولة الصناعية في قطاع السيارات في الجزائر وكيفية توظيفها في المؤسسة للزيادة من قدراتها لمواجهة المنافسة بنجاح، وخلصـــــــــــــــــت إــلى أن مستــوى إدارة المعرفة كان ايجابيــا بمجمــــع معـــزوز و مستوى تنمية المناولة الصناعية كان متوسطا وهذا راجع إلى قلة المؤسسات التي تنشط في مجال مركبات السيارات و التي توفر خدمات المناولة الصناعية بالجودة والكمية المطلوبة، كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة تأثير ايجابية لإدارة المعرفة على تنمية المناولة الصناعية في المجمع. Abstract :The study aims to measuring the impact of interest of managers in the knowledge for the development of industrial handling in the automotive sector in Algeria and how to employ it in the organization to increase its capabilities to meet competition successfully, and it concluded that the level of knowledge management was positive with an enhanced complex and the level of industrial handling development was medium and this is review The lack of institutions that are active in the field of automobile vehicles and that provide industrial handling services with the required quality and quantity, the results also showed a positive impact relationship for knowledge management on the development of industrial handling in the complex.
