مواءمة مخرجات التعليم العالي لاحتياجات سوق العمل في الجزائر

الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز فاعلية التعليم العالي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية والنهوض بالاقتصاد، وأهميته في تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل من الموارد البشرية المؤهلة علميا وتقنيا، والقادرة على مواكبة تغيرات وتطورات بيئة العمل، وتحليل مدى مواءمة مخرجات التعليم العالي لمتطلبات سوق العمل في الجزائر . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل في أن اتساع الفجوة بينهما يرجع من جهة إلى طبيعة التعليم العالي في االجزائر من خلال التوسع السريع وغير المخطط مع انخفاض درجة الملائمة والانسجام بين مخرجاته ومتطلبات سوق العمل من ناحية الكيف والكم، ومن جهة أخرى يتعلق بطبيعة العمل المحلي من خلال عدم توازن اليات العرض والطلب على اليد العاملة المؤهلة في السوق المحلية. فإحداث التوازن بين ما تعرضه الجامعة الجزائرية وبين ما تطلبه سوق العمل يستوجب إعادة النظر في كثير من الاختلالات التي تعاني منها منظومة التعليم العالي وفي المقابل إعطاء مرونة أكثر لسوق العمل. This research paper aims to highlight the effectiveness of higher education and its role in achieving development and advancing the economy, and its importance in meeting the needs of the labor market of scientifically and technically qualified human resources, capable of keeping pace with the changes and developments of the work environment, and analyzing the extent to which the outputs of higher education correspond to the requirements of the labor market in Algeria. The study concluded with a set of results, which is that the widening gap between them is on the one hand due to the nature of higher education in Algeria through rapid and unplanned expansion with a low degree of suitability and harmony between its outputs and the requirements of the labor market in terms of quality and quantity, and on the other hand related to the nature of local work Through the imbalance of supply and demand mechanisms for qualified labor in the local market. Striking a balance between what the Algerian university offers and what the labor market demands, necessitates reconsidering many of the imbalances that the higher education system suffers from, and in return, giving more flexibility to the labor market.
