دور الأنماط القيادية في تطبيق الإنتاج الأنظف دراسة استطلاعية لآراء المدراء في معمل الألبسة الولادية في الموصل

الملخص
ركزت هذه الدراسة على توضيح أهمية النمط القيادي بأبعاده (الديمقراطي، الأوتوقراطي، والمتساهل) على تطبيق ممارسات الإنتاج الأنظف. حيث تم إعداد مخطط إفتراضي يتضمن متغيرات البحث، فضلاً عن صياغة عدد من الفرضيات، كما اعتمد البحث على استمارة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات وبعد التحقق من مصداقيتها وثباتها قمنا بتوزيعها على موظفي معمل الألبسة الولادية في الموصل. وبعد تحليل المعطيات واختبار الفرضيات توصلنا إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان أهمها: أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين النمط القيادي والإنتاج الأنظف في المعمل، ووجود تأثير معنوي للنمط الأوتوقراطي في الإنتاج الأنظف. واعتماداً على ذلك تم تقديم توصيات أكدت على ضرورة تفعيل أنماط القيادات الإدارية في المعمل وتحديداً النمط الأوتوقراطي، لما له من مزايا كبيرة في دعم الإنتاج الأنظف. Abstract: This study focused on clarifying the importance of leadership style with its dimensions (democratic, autocratic, and permissive) on applying CP practices. Where a hypothetical scheme was prepared that includes the research variables, as well as formulating number hypotheses. The research also relied on the questionnaire form as a main tool for collecting data and information. After analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses, we came to a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: that there is a significant correlation between the leadership style and CP in the lab, and that there is a significant effect of the autocratic style in CP. Based on that, recommendations were made that emphasized the necessity of activating the managerial leadership styles in the factory, specifically the autocratic style, because it has great advantages in supporting CP. Jel classification codes: D2, L1, L5 Résumé: Cette étude s'est concentrée sur la clarification de l'importance du style de leadership avec ses dimensions (démocratique, autocratique et permissive) sur l'application des pratiques de CP. Lorsqu'un schéma hypothétique a été préparé qui inclut les variables de recherche, ainsi que la formulation d'un certain nombre d'hypothèses. La recherche s'est également appuyée sur le formulaire de questionnaire comme principal outil de collecte de données et d'informations. Après avoir analysé les données et testé les hypothèses, nous sommes arrivés à un ensemble de conclusions, dont les plus importantes sont: qu'il existe une corrélation significative entre le style de leadership et le CP en laboratoire, et qu'il y a un effet significatif de l'autocratique. style en CP. Sur cette base, des recommandations ont été faites qui ont souligné la nécessité d'activer les styles de leadership managérial dans l'usine, en particulier le style autocratique, car il présente de grands avantages pour soutenir le CP.
