الاستثمار في الصناعة الدوائية سبيل لتحقيق الامن الدوائي في ظل جائحة كورونا

الملخص
تعد صناعة الدواء من الصناعات الاستراتيجية ذات الاهمية البالغة، و دليل ذلك سرعة نمو هذه الاخيرة حيث أصبحت تجارة الدواء تصنف ضمن الخمس صناعات الاولى في العالم ، ناهيك عن الارباح التي حققتها الشركات المسيطرة على هذه الصناعة خاصة في ظل الازمات الصحية التي مر بها العالم و لايزال، وكان آخرها انتشار فيروس كوفيد الذي لايزال مسلسل البحث له عن لقاح مستمر. هذه المستجدات جعلت من الدول تعيد النظر في تعاملها مع الصناعات الدوائية، ومنها الجزائر التي استدركت ضرورة الاستثمار في هذه الصناعة لتحقيق الامن الدوائي و الصحي، و هذا من خلال استحداث وزارة خاصة بالصناعة الصيدلانية،وتدعيم قطاع الصحة بمؤسسة جديدة لتسيير ومراقبة وأمن المنتجات الصيدلانية حيث تم استحداث الوكالة الوطنية للمواد الصيدلانية، والعمل على اتباع سياسة استثمارية خاصة تشجع و ترقي كما تدعم المشاريع الاستثمارية في الصناعات الدوائية والصيدلانية من خلال اصلاح المنظومة القانونية المؤطرة للصناعة الدوائية، فالازمة تولد الهمة . Abstract: The pharmaceutical industry is considered one of the strategic industries of great importance, and this is evidenced by the rapid growth of the latter, as the drug trade has become classified within the first five industries in the world, , especially in light of the health crises that the world has experienced and still is, the latest of which was the spread of the Covid virus, for which the series of searches for a vaccine is still ongoing. These developments made countries reconsider their dealings with the pharmaceutical industries, Including Algeria, which realized the need to invest in this industry to achieve drug and health security, and this through the creation of a ministry for the pharmaceutical industry, and the strengthening of the health sector with a new institution for the management, control and security of pharmaceutical products, as the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Materials was created, And work to follow a special investment policy that encourages investment projects in the pharmaceutical industries by reforming the legal system framed for the pharmaceutical industry .
