الملخص
ملخص الدراسة - هدفت الدراسة لتحديد الأزمة التي يمر بها الاقتصاد الليبي وأثر ذلك على مستوى معيشة الأفراد، من ثم وضع السياسات والاستراتيجيات الواجب إتباعها للتخفيف من حدة الأزمة، وتأثير الاعتماد على مورد واحد في تمويل الميزانية العامة للدولة. - حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أوجه الإنفاق لم تكن موضوعه وفق سياسات اقتصادية سليمة، وكذلك الانقسام السياسي كان له دور كبير في انهيار السياسات الاقتصادية( النقدية والمالية والتجارية)، أيضا الفساد الذي استشرى بسبب سؤ الإدارة أدى إلى تفاوت طبقات المجتمع بشكل كبير. Abstract The study aimed to determine the crisis the Libyan economy is going through and its impact on the standard of living of individuals. Then set the policies and strategies to be followed to alleviate the severity of the crisis, and the effect of relying on a single resource in financing the state's general budget. As the study found that the spending aspects were not set according to correct economic policies, as well as the political division had a major role in the collapse of economic policies (monetary, financial and commercial), Also, the corruption that has spread due to the mismanagement has led to a significant and remarkable disparity in society's classes.
