الملخص

تحاول هذه المقالة تفكيك معضلة الأمن و عدم الاستقرار في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، والمرتبطة أساسا بغياب الديمقراطية و فشل التنمية و الضعف البنيوي لمجموعة دول الساحل ،التي تعاني من أزمة فشل بناء الدولة الوطنية، وهشاشة هياكلها السياسية المحلية في تعبئة الموارد و الإمكانيات لخلق الاستقرار و النمو و التنمية المفضية إلى بيئة أمنية مستقرة.خاصة في ظل التلازم بين الأمن و التنمية زو الديمقراطية بشكل لا يمكن الفصل بينهم ، في ظل التحول في مفهوم الأمن و التهديدات الأمنية، التي لا تعني بالضرورة حصرها في المجال العسكري والاستراتيجي، بل توسع ليصبح له ارتباطات و ثيقة بالتنمية و النمو و الديمقراطية و الحكم الرشيد و الأمن الإنساني . كلمات مفتاحية: التنمية، الديمقراطية، الأمن، التهديدات الأمنية، الساحل الافريقي. Abstract: This article attempts to dismantle the dilemma of security and instability in the African Sahel region, which is mainly related to the absence of democracy, the failure of development, the structural weakness of the group of Sahel countries that suffer from the crises of building the national state, and the fragility of their local political structures in mobilizing resources and capabilities to create stability and Growth and development conducive to a stable security environment, especially in light of the correlation between security and development, and democracy is inseparable between them, in light of the shift in the concept of security and security threats, which does not necessarily mean confining them in the military and strategic field, but rather extends this concept to become It has close links to development, growth, democracy, good governance and human security.
