نحوى مساءلة فلسفية للتقنيات المعاصرة في الطب وتأثيرها على الإنسان.

الملخص
يندرج نص مداخلتنا ضمن الفلسفة التطبيقية وذلك حين يتناول قضية متعلقة بالتقنيات المعاصرة في المجال الطبي التي نجمت عن تراكمات الحداثة ،فمنذ بداية هذه التقنيات فتحت أمام الإنسان أفاقا واعدة في حلها لعدة مسائل بيولوجية والقضاء على بعض الأمراض الفتاكة نتيجة التشخيص المبكر للمرض، مما أدى إلى التحسن الصحي والإطالة في معدلات العمر ،إضافة إلى ذلك استطاعت هذه التقنيات إيجاد حلول لبعض المسائل مثل مشكلة العقم وهذا نتيجة ظهور ما يسمى بأطفال الأنابيب والاستنساخ الصناعي وبنوك المنايا ،كما استطاع الإنسان بفضل هذه التقنيات التحكم في الجينات البشرية وتحسين النسل البشري وهذا عن طريق التشخيص للجنين قبل الولادة ،هذه التقنيات هناك من استبشر بها خيرا نتيجة للنتائج المحققة والتي لا يجب إنكارها ،ولكن بقدر المنفعة المقدمة بقدر كذلك الضرر الناجم عن التجاوزات الخطيرة التي وقعت فيها هذه التقنيات والتي مست الصرح القيمي للإنسان المعاصر ،و في هذا السياق ظهرت محاولات تطالب بإعادة النظر في قوانين تضبط هذه الممارسات الطبية وحفظ الكرامة الإنسانية ،وفي هذا السياق عادت الفلسفة بطرح تساؤلاتها حول مثل هذه القضايا ويعتبر الفيلسوف الألماني يورغن هابرماس أحد أهم الفلاسفة الذين كانت لهم مواقف حول هذه المسألة وخاصة فيما تعلق بمسألة تحسين النسل البشري واختراقها الكرامة الإنسانية والتي كان له موقف في ذلك . : The text of our intervention falls within the applied philosophy, when dealing with the issue of contemporary technologies in the medical field that resulted from the accumulations of modernity, since the beginning of these techniques opened to human prospects promising to solve several biological issues and the elimination of some deadly diseases as a result of early diagnosis of the disease, which led In addition, these techniques have been able to find solutions to some issues such as infertility and this is the result of the emergence of so-called IVF, artificial cloning and mania banks.
