حاضنات الأعمال كآلية فعالة لدعم رواد الأعمال فى مصر

الملخص
ملخص تمثل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة قاعدة هامة لدعم توفير فرص العمل وزيادة مستوى الدخول. وتعد حاضنات الأعمال إحدى المؤسسات المساهمة فى دعم تأسيس ونمو هذه المشروعات. ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة أهمية الخدمات التى تقدمها حاضنات الأعمال تدعيم تأسيس المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وبيئة حاضنات الأعمال فى مصر. ويتضح من الدراسة الدور الفعال لحاضنات الأعمال فى استدامة نمو المشروعات، ولمزيد من الفاعلية لدور حاضنات الأعمال فى مصر، تقترح الدراسة عدد من العناصر منها دعم الدولة للقطاع الخاص ومنظمات المجتمع المدنى للاستثمار والمشاركة فى مجال تأسيس حاضنات الأعمال، واستحداث التشريعات والاجراءات الادارية المنظمة لعمل هذه الحاضنات. Abstract SMEs are an important base to support job creation and increase the level of income. Business incubators are one of the institutions that contribute to supporting the establishment and growth of these projects. This research aims to study the importance of services provided by business incubators to support the establishment of small and medium enterprises and the environment of business incubators in Egypt. It is clear from the study the effective role of business incubators in sustaining the growth of projects, and for more effectiveness of the role of business incubators in Egypt, the study proposes a number of elements, including state support for the private sector and civil society organizations to invest and participate in the field of establishing business incubators, and the introduction of legislation and administrative procedures regulating the work of these incubators.
