الملخص
تزحف الرقمنة في كل مجالات حياتنا اليومية بسرعة كبيرة ، تشمل جميع جوانب أنشطتنا ، و توشك أن تشمل كل الشرائح الاجتماعية من أفراد ومؤسسات خاصة وعامة تجارية وخدمية ، وبالكاد تقتصر المعاملات التقليدية على شريحة قليلة من أفراد المجتمع لم تستوعب بعد مزايا الرقمنة أو لا تستطيع استخدامها أو تجهل مزاياها وهي فئة قليلة ينحصر عددها بمرور الوقت . هذه التقنية تكاد تحقق جميع الغايات الانسانية على تعددها ، وهي كذلك مجال أكثر مردودية وربحية في الشركات والأنشطة التي تقوم عليها أو تعمل في صلبها في الوقت الحاضر،والشواهد في هذا الجانب عديدة وبينة وواضحة فالشركات القائمة على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات أو ما يسمى الرقمنة ، هي الرائدة في الوقت الحالي ، وأكثرها ربحية ومردودية رغم قصر قيامها فهي في غالبيتها لاتتجاوز ثلاثة عقود ومع ذلك فقد حققت إنجازات مهولة في زمن قصير، فشركات ؛ " أمازون –آبل - غوغل - علي بابا- فيسبوك – توتير -..الخ " والقائمة قد تطول ماهي إلا نماذج حية لقائمة مبهرة ولإنجازات عملاقة في ميدان توظيف واستخدام الرقمنة في الانشطة الاقتصادية المختلفة،أو ميدان إدارة الأعمال الالكترونية، وهذا هو الميدان الذي يتوجب أن تتجه فيه الاعمال في عالمنا العربي إن كان يأمل أن يكون لنا نصيب من التقدم والحضارة الانسانية في الوقت الحالي والمستقبل المنظور Digitization is abounding in all areas of our daily life very quickly, encompassing all aspects of our activities, and sweeping all social segments (individuals, private and public institutions, commercial and service). As traditional transactions have become limited to a small segment of society members who have not yet understood the benefits of digitization, or cannot use these technologies or are unaware of their advantages. And this small category recedes by the time. This technology almost achieves all human goals over its multiplicity, and it is also a more friendly and profitable field in the companies and activities that underlie or operate in its core at the present time, and the evidence in this aspect is many, clear and clear. Companies based on information and communications technology or the so-called digitization are the pioneer at the present time, and the most profitable and cost-effective, despite the shortening of their establishment, they are in most of them not exceeding three decades, yet they have achieved impressive achievements in a short time, as companies: "Amazon - Apple - Google - Alibaba - Facebook - Tension -... etc. "And the list may be long, which are nothing but vivid examples of an impressive list and giant achievements, in the field of employment and use of digitization in various economic activities, or the field of management e-business, and this is the field in which businesses in our Arab world must be directed If he hopes to have a share of Progress and human civilization at the present and foreseeable future.
