الحوكمة الرشيدة من أجل التحول للإقتصاد الأخضر دراسة حالة الجزائر(الواقع و التحديات)

Résumé
هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الحوكمة الرشيدة بأبعادها الستة، والاقتصاد الأخضر الذي يعتبر جزءا من التنمية المستدامة، تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول مدى توفر الحوكمة الرشيدة بالجزائر و علاقتها بالاقتصاد الأخضر، تم انتهاج المنهج الوصفي لاستعراض المفاهيم النظرية للدراسة، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم الاعتماد على بعض المؤشرات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة استخدام مؤشر جودة الحكم بالنسبة للمتغير المستقل و المؤشرات البيئية بالنسبة للمتغير التابع،أسفرت النتائج عن أهمية الأبعاد الستة للحوكمة الرشيدة لتحقيق التحول إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر، كما تم تأكيد أن الجزائر لا تزال متوسطة من حيث تطبيق المبادئ البيئية العالمية والحوكمة الرشيدة. الكلمات الرئيسية: حوكمة رشيدة، اقتصاد أخضر، الجزائر تصنيف JEL: O55 ;Q56 ;G34 Abstract : The study aimed to highlight good governance in its six dimensions, and the green economy, which is part of sustainable development, the problem of the study focused on the availability of good governance in Algeria and its relationship to the green economy, the descriptive approach was adopted to review the theoretical concepts of the study, while the applied aspect was based on some indicators related to the variables of the study using the index quality of governance for the independent variable and environmental indicators for the variable, the results resulted in the importance of the six dimensions of good governance to achieve the transition to the green economy, as confirmed.
