الملخص
تخضع إجراءات الالتحاق بالنشاط المصرفي إلى شروط صارمة وضعها المشرع الجزائري، وفي مقابل ذلك، منح التشريع المصرفي للراغبين في مزاولة النشاط البنكي مجموعة من الضمانات حماية لهم من تعسف السلطات الضابطة، إلا أنها غير كافية من أجل تحسين وتطوير مناخ الاستثمار في هذا القطاع. The Algerian legislator set strict conditions for the procedures for joining the banking activity, on the other hand, banking legislation provided a set of guarantees to protect those wishing to engage in banking activity from the arbitrariness of the control authorities, however, these guarantees are not sufficient to improve and develop the investment climate in this sector.
