دور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في مكافحة جريمة اختطاف الأطفال

الملخص
مستخلص إختطاف الأطفال جريمة غير مستحدثة بل موجودة وقديمة قدم الإنسانية، لكن ما يجب ذكره أنها في الآونة الأخيرة استفحلت وتفشت بشكل كبير و رهيب وملفت للانتباه، ما جعلها موضوع الساعة والشغل الشاغل خاصة لأولياء وأهالي الأطفال، ما أكسبها أهمية بالغة في كافة الأصعدة، وذلك من خلال تزايد عدد حالات اختطاف الأطفال وما يصاحبها من اعتداءات أخرى تصل إلى حد إزهاق أرواحهم بدم بارد، وأيضا تركيز الإعلام على هذه الجريمة ما زاد من حالة الهلع والخوف لدى الأفراد،ويظهر دور المجتمع في المكافحة من خلال التوعية العامة ضد الجريمة محل الدراسة، بحيث تبذل الدولة جهودا كبيرة لاستئصال الجريمة والتخفيف من حدتها وانتشارها للوقاية منها، ويتحقق ذلك من خلال توعية الهيئات والمؤسسات للأفراد بمخاطر الجريمة. Résumé L’enlèvement d’enfants est un crime qui n’est pas une humanité moderne, mais une humanité existante et ancienne, mais il convient de mentionner qu’il s’est récemment intensifié et qu’il a suscité une grande et terrible attention, qui en a fait l’objet d’une heure et d’une préoccupation particulière pour les parents et les parents d’enfants, qui ont acquis une grande importance à tous les niveaux, L’augmentation du nombre d’enlèvements d’enfants et d’autres agressions qui font perdre la vie de sang-froid, ainsi que l’attention portée par les médias à ce crime, qui a accru la panique et la peur des individus, et témoigne du rôle de la société dans la lutte menée par le grand public contre le crime étudié, Pas de gros efforts Prévention du crime, atténuation et prévention, grâce à la sensibilisation des individus et des institutions aux risques de la criminalité. Abstract The abduction of children is an undeveloped, even old, human crime, but what has to be mentioned that it has recently become a major and terrible and attention-grabbed crime, which has made it a subject of special concern for children's parents and parents, which has gained great importance in all fields. This is due to the increasing number of cases of child abduction and other attacks that lead to the cold-blooded life of children, and the media focus on this crime, which has increased the state of panic and fear among individuals, and the role of society in fighting through public awareness of the crime in question. The State shall make great efforts to eradicate, mitigate and spread crime for its prevention by sensitizing individuals to the dangers of crime.
