دور النخب الجامعية و المجتمعية في تكريس معالم الهوية و تثبيت الأمن الثقافي.

الملخص
ملخّص: يُعدّ الخطاب الجامعي النخبوي ذا أهمية بالغة لما يحمله من ملابسات ثقافية و خلفيات اجتماعية كونه صادر عن نخبة متعلّمة و مثقّفة و متكوّنة تحسن التعامل مع العملية الخطابية باستعمال حجج لغوية قوية، كما تُحسن اختيار التراكيب و الألفاظ اللغوية التي من شأنها التأثير في المخاطبين و توجيه سلوكاتهم نحو الأفضل. بنا على ما سبق ارتأينا أن نعالج إشكالية مفادها : كيفية تعامل النخب الجامعية و المثقفة مع مشكلة الهوية و الأمن الثقافي ، للتقليل من حدتها كونهم ركيزة أيّ مجتمع ينشد التقدّم و الازدهار، وذلك وفق خطاب معرفيّ علميّ بنّاء بعيدا عن الإيديولوجيات و الحزبيات الضيّقة ضمن النقاط التالية: المسألة اللغوية و قضية التعريب ثمّ نعرّج على الجامعة ودورها في بناء الفرد و كذا الجامعة و دورها في نشر المعرفة و ما يتعلّق بالانتماء و خدمة المجتمع و أزمة الثقة بين المجتمع و الجامعة، و كذا جدوى الخطاب الذي تروج الجامعي لتثبيت معالم الهوية و المحافظة عليها. for it communication discursively by using very strong linguistic arguments, thus the right choice of s cultural and social aspects, coming from an educated, and well educated elite who master formulations, and purely linguistic terms that make it possible to influence the interlocutors to wards common sense. Based on the foregoing, we decided to tackle the problematic issue: how university and educated elites deal with the problem of identity and cultural security, to reduce their severity as they are the pillar of any society that seeks progress and prosperity, according to a constructive knowledge discourse away from narrow ideologies and parties within the following points : The linguistic issue and the issue of Arabization, then we go to the university and its role in building the individual and the university and its role in disseminating knowledge and what relates to affiliation and community service and the crisis of trust between society and the university, as well as the feasibility of the discourse that promotes the university to stabilize and preserve identity features .
