الملخص
This study came to show the relationship between the syndicalist work and organizational allegiance for secondary school teachers in the secondary of eloud. This study based on the descriptive method and used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. Which were distributed to the sample of the study: 67 secondary professors who are involved in 04 different syndicates (CNAPEST, SNAPEST, UNPEF and UGTA) distributed in 11 secondary schools in el oued They were selected by the quota sample. This study concluded that there is no relationship between syndicalist work and organizational allegiance for secondary school teachers in el oued
