دور المسؤولية الإجتماعية لدى المؤسسات في الإرتقاء بالمجتمع. دراسة حالة شركة Condor للصناعات الكهرومنزلية والالكترونية ببرج برعريريج.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى المؤسسات كما تطرقت إلى أهم البرامج الإجنماعية للمؤسسات اتجاه المجتمع الذي تنشط فيه إضافة إلى إبراز دورها وتأثيرها في المجتمع الذي تنشط فيه من خلال المساهمة في معالجة القضايا الإجتماعية ومساعدة الحكومة والمجتمع المدني على بناء مجتمعات أفضل. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التزام المؤسسات بالمسؤولية الإجتماعية سيمكن المؤسسات من تحقيق الرخاء وخلق مجتمعات أفضل وحماية حقوق الإنسان وتسهيل جهود التنمية في الدولة، كما أن ذلك سيمكنها من تحسين صورتها لدى المستهلك والمجتمع ككل بالتالي جلب المزيد من العملاء الضروري لنموها، تطورها وتحسين أدائها، وهذا ما حصل مع شركة Condor محل الدراسة ، حيث تمكنت من خلق مناخ ممتاز لممارسة نشاطها وسط المجتمع الذي تنشط فيه خاصة بولاية برج بوعريريج الناتج عن الإستقرار الإجتماعي بالولاية والسمعة التي تحظى بها الشركة داخل هذه المنطقة، الذي ساهم في نموها وتطور أعمالها بعيدا عن الضغط. Abstract: The aim of this study is to introduce social responsibility in the institutions. It also touched upon the most important programs of the institutions of the institutions towards the society in which they are active, in addition to highlighting their role and influence in the society in which they are active. The results of the study showed that the commitment of institutions to social responsibility will enable institutions to achieve prosperity, create better societies, protect human rights and facilitate development efforts in the country. This will enable them to improve their image with the consumer and society as a whole, thus bringing more customers to their growth, This is what happened with Condor, where it managed to create an excellent environment for its activity in the community in which it is active especially in the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj resulting from the social stability of the state and the reputation enjoyed by the company in this region, which contributed to its growth and development Its away from the pressure. Résumé: Le but de cette étude est d’introduire la responsabilité sociale dans les entreprises. Il a également abordé les programmes les plus importants des entreprises envers la société dans laquelle elles sont actives, en plus de mettre en évidence leur rôle et leur influence dans la société dans laquelle elles sont actives. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que l'engagement des institutions en matière de responsabilité sociale leur permettrait de prospérer, de créer des sociétés meilleures, de protéger les droits de l'homme et de faciliter les efforts de développement dans le pays. Cela leur permettra d'améliorer leur image auprès du consommateur et de la société dans son ensemble, apportant ainsi plus de clients à leur croissance. C'est ce qui s'est passé avec Condor, où il a réussi à créer un excellent environnement pour son activité dans la communauté dans laquelle il se trouve. actif en particulier dans l'état de Bordj Bou Arreridj en raison de la stabilité sociale de l'État et de la réputation dont jouit la société dans cette région, qui ont contribué à sa croissance et à son développement.
