الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة "معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ،بجامعة المسيلة ،حيث تم إعداد استبان احتوى على خمسة أبعاد تتعلق بالمعوقات التي تحد من عملية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في موسسات التعليم العالي ،كما تم تحديد مجتمع البحث المكون من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير لجامعة المسيلة ،وقد بلغت الإستبيانات الصالحة للتحليل 40 إستبانة أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك معوقات تحد من عملية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، على مستوى الجانب التنظيمي والتي تمثلت أبرزها في "الإفتقار إلى معايير موضوعية لقياس أداء التنظيمي".وعلى المستوى الجانب الإداري والتي كان ابرزها "وجود درجة عالية من المركزية في إتخاذ القرارات في الجامعة.وعلى مستوى البشري والتي كان أبرزها "ضعف إهتمام الطلبة بمفهوم وتبني تطبيق إدارة الجودة وإعتبارها مسؤولية الجميع". على المستوى المالي والتي كان ابرزها "الإعتماد على الإعتمادات المالية المخصصة من طرف الوزارة فقط.
