الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاليات المحلية والدولية لحماية البيئة من التلوث الصناعي، ومدى تأثير الالتزام بهذه الاليات على تنافسية المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية؛ ومن أجل التحقق من ذلك قمنا بدراسة استطلاعية على عينة عشوائية من المسؤولين عن السياسة البيئة في المؤسسات الصناعية في الغرب الجزائري ( مدير، نائب المدير، المحاسب المالي، المسؤول البيئي) ، بالاستعانة بأداة الاستبيان اشتملت على محورين و 22 فقرة. أفضت الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة، وقيامنا بمعالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS، الى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين آليات حماية البيئة وتنافسية المؤسسات الصناعية، سمح لنا بالقول بأن الالتزام بآليات الحماية البيئية له الأثر الايجابي على تنافسية التكلفة وتنافسية التمايز لدى هذه المؤسسات. Abstract : This study aims to identify local and international mechanisms to protect the environment from industrial pollution, and the extent to which the commitment of these mechanisms affects the competitiveness of Algerian industrial enterprises; In order to verify this, we conducted an exploratory study on a random sample of environmental policy officials in the industrial establishments in the Algerian West (director, deputy director, financial accountant, environmental official), using the questionnaire tool, which included two axes and 22 paragraphs. The study, after verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, and our processing of the data obtained using the SPSS statistical program, led to a correlation between the mechanisms of environmental protection and the competitiveness of industrial institutions, which allowed us to say that commitment to environmental protection mechanisms has a positive impact on cost competitiveness and the competitiveness of differentiation of these institutions .
