قراءة في تداعيات الأزمة الصحية العالمية Coronavirus(covid-19) على قطاع السياحة والسفر

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء عن أزمة تعاني منها البشرية، وتعد سابقة من نوعها خلال القرن الحالي، نظرا لتداعياتها الحادة على الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، ومن ثم تحليل مشكلة الدراسة التي تتمحور حول تداعيات الأزمة على القطاع السياحي والسفر، هذا الأخير المتأثر بعزل العالم وتضييقه في ظل اتساع نطاق العولمة، حيث قسمت الدراسة إلى محورين أساسين يتعلق الأول بالأزمة الصحية العالمية مفهومها، آثارها، ثم علاقتها بالسياحة والسفر بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS واستخدام معامل بيرسون للارتباط الخطي Pearson Linear Correlation Coefficient، وهو المحور الثاني في تحليل تداعيات الأزمة على مكونات ومؤشرات السياحة المتمثلة في عدد السياح، العرض والطلب السياحي، شركات النقل الدولية. فخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات ارتباط عكسي بين المتغير المستقل والتابع ب(0,989-)، بحيث كلما زادت حدة فيروس COVID-19 المتمثل في زيادة عدد المصابين بالفيروس، كلما تم التضييق أكثر على السفر والرحلات السياحية، عن طريق إتباع إجراءات وقائية أكثر عزلا للمجتمع، بذلك تأثر كل من عدد السياح الوافدة، الطلب والعرض السياحي، إفلاس العديد من شركات النقل الدولية. The study aims at highlighting a crisis that afflicts humanity, which is a precedent of its kind during the current century, due to its severe consequences on social and economic life, The study's problem, which focuses on the crisis consequences on the tourism sector and travel, is the last one affected by the isolation and the world's malaise amid the globalization expansion, The study was measured in two key areas, the first of which concerns the global health crisis, its implications, then its relationship with tourism and travel based on the SPSS statistical program and the use of the Pearson linear Correlation coefficient, The second one on the consequences of the crisis on the components and indicators of tourism, which are represented in the number of tourists, tourism supply and demand, and international transport companies. The study concluded that there is a correlation between the independant variable and the follow-up (-0.989), so that the more severe the COVID-19 virus is, the more severe it is to increase the number of people infected with the virus, the more restricted travel and tourist trips, by more isolated prevention measures for the community, thus affecting both the number of tourists coming. Demand and tourism offer, bankruptcy of many international transport companies
