الاقتصاد الاخضر بعد استراتيجي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى بيان مدى أهمية الاقتصاد الأخضر ودوره الفعال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة اذ أصبحت معظم الدول بالأخص تلك الدول التي هي بطريق النمو كالدول العربية تواجه صعوبات في الوصول إلى تحقيق ما يمكن تسميته بمفهوم الاقتصاد القوي المستدام والفعال الذي يضمن نجاح الدولة، خاصة وأن العالم صار يشهد أزمات ومشاكل بمختلف أنواعها من اجتماعية كالفقر وانتشار الأمراض وضعف القطاع الصحي والأمية، بيئية كالتلوث البيئي والتصحر وغيرها، سياسية كالحروب الداخلية وأخرى اقتصادية وهنا تحديدا يظهر الاقتصاد الأخضر كنتيجة لتحسين الوضع الاقتصادي مع الحد من المخاطر البيئية وندرة الحياة البيئية وتجسيد المساواة بين الإنسان ورفاهه الاجتماعي. ولقد تم التركيز في هذه الدراسة على بيان تلك العلاقة الموجودة بين كل من الاقتصاد الأخضر والتنمية المستدامة اين أشرنا بالمبحث الأول الى مفهوم كل من الاقتصاد الأخضر والتنمية المستدامة في حين تناولنا بالمبحث الثاني أهمية الاقتصاد الأخضر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة مع استظهار لتجارب بعض الدول الرائدة في هذا الميدان. الكلمات المفتاحية: اقتصاد اخضر، تنمية مستدامة، الطاقة النظيفة، المشاكل البيئية... Abstract: This research paper aims to show the importance of the green economy and its effective role in achieving sustainable development, as most countries, especially those that are in the way of growth, such as the Arab countries, face difficulties in achieving what can be called a strong, sustainable and effective economy concept that guarantees the success of the country, especially where The world is witnessing crises and problems of various kinds, such as poverty, the spread of diseases, the weakness of the health sector and illiteracy, environmental, such as environmental pollution, desertification, etc., political like internal wars and other economic, and here specifically the green economy appears as a result of improving the economic situation with Reducing environmental risks, scarcity of environmental life, and embodying human equality and social welfare. The focus of this study was on explaining that relationship between the green economy and sustainable development. Where we referred to the first topic to the concept of green economy and sustainable development, while we discussed in the second research the importance of green economy in achieving sustainable development with a demonstration of the experiences of some of the leading countries in this Field.
