الملخص
الملخص: يمثل استحداث منصب نائب رئيس الجمهورية من بين أهم التعديلات التي اقترحتها لجنة تعديل الدستور في المشروع التمهيدي لتعديل الدستور، ورغم أن استحداث هذا المنصب لا يغير من طبيعة النظام السياسي المنتهج وهو النظام شبه الرئاسي، إلا أنه يبرز إشكالات عديدة تتمحور حول كيفية استحداثه، مما ينعكس على اختصاصاته سواء تلك المتعلقة بالتعيين أو بالتنظيم، أو تلك المتعلقة بالتنظيم الدستوري لشغور منصب رئيس الجمهورية. Abstract: Creation of the post of vice president of the republic is one of the most important modification that the constitution amendement committee suggested in draft amendment project. Although the creation of that post does not change from the nature of the political system orderly which is the semi-presidential system, except that creation of the post stands out many problems centered around how to create it. This way of creation reflects on its terms of references which are releted to the nomination or the regulation, or those which are related to the constitutional regulation for the vacancy of president of the republic post.
