الملخص
ملخص البحث: شهد القرن العشرين تطورًا تقنيًا مذهلاً وفي مجالات عديدة من أهمها التطورفي المجال الرقمي وتقنيات الاتصالات الحديثة، وفي ظل هذه الأخيرة كان لابد للمنظمات الإستفادة من هذه التكنولوجيا في كافة نشاطاتها، وبما أن كل جديد يهدف إلى التغيير أردنا رصد انعكاسات تطبيق تقنيات الإدارة الإلكترونية على علاقات العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية، وهذا من خلال طرح الإشكالية التالية: ما هي انعكاسات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية على العلاقات بين الأفراد في بيئة العمل؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة، الإدارة الإلكترونية، العلاقات الإجتماعية، الاتصال المباشر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. Résumé: Le vingtième siècle a connu un développement technique remarquable dans de plusieurs domaines, notamment le développement numérique et les technologies de communication modernes, où les organisations ont dû tirer parti de cette technologie dans toutes leurs activités, et en posant le question suivant : quelles sont les implications de l’application de la gestion électroniques entre les individus dans l’environnement de travail ? Abstract: The twentieth century has witnessed remarkable technical development in many fields, most notably digital development and modern communications technologies. In light of this, the organizations had to take advantage of this technology in all its activities,and as each new aim of change we wanted to monitor the implications of the application of electronic management techniques, and this by asking the following question: what are implications of application of E-management on the relationship between individuals in the work environment?
