الملخص

ملخص: تعتبر الجامعة كنظام كلي الحقل الي يُمارس فيه التكوين الجامعي باسم عدة تخصصات بما فيها ميدان العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية وهو من الميادين التي شملها عدة تغييرات، إذ تم فيها إدراج عدة تخصصات جديدة والتي فتحت المجال لشغل عدة وظائف سواء في التعليم أو الإدارة ، لكن وأمام استقبال كم هائل من الطلبة ضمن التكوين الجامعي أصبح من الصعب تكييف ذلك مع متطلبات سوق العمل، الأمر الذي استدعى اعتماد إجراءات جديدة من شأنها التوفيق بين مُخرجات الجامعة ومُدخلات المؤسسات المُستقبلة لهؤلاء الخريجين قصد العمل. Abstract: University as a holistic system is considered as the field where the university formation is practiced through several specializations, including human and social sciences ,which is one of the domains that had known many adjustments, therefore, various new specialties have been inserted . That , opened the door to occupy many professions whether in teaching or in management. However the tremendous amount of students received by the university formation, made it more complicated to meet the needs of labour- markets ,which requires adapting new procedures that should combine the outcomes of university with the incomes of the institutions receiving those graduates in order to provide employment
