الملخص باللغة العربية: إن الأرشيف القضائي يشغل مكان معتبر على مستوى الجهات القضائية بالجزائر، وتزايد الكم الهائل من الوثائق على كل المستويات يطرح مشكل تسييرها (الحفظ، الدفع، الفرز، الإقصاء، الترتيب، الترميز...) أي مشكل القيام بكل عمليات المعالجة العلمية للوثائق الأرشيفية. مما يحتم على وزارة العدل التفكير في إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لمعالجة النقائص والعراقيل التنظيمية والقانونية في مجال تسيير هذه الوثائق. تعتبر عملية تسيير الأرشيف القضائي على مستوى وزارة العدل والجهات القضائية التابعة لها عملية حساسة ومهمة تخضع لمعايير ومقاييس. لهذا فإن تطبيق التقنيات العلمية وكذلك النظريات والمعايير العالمية والوطنية الخاصة بتنظيم وتسيير الأرشيف القضائي لابد منه لتواكب هذه المنظمات والهيئات سواءا على المستوى المركزي أو المحلي التغيرات التي طرأت في كل المجالات، بالنظر إلى كل مشاريع عصرنة قطاع العدالة القائمة حاليا للوصول إلى أهم أهدافها المتمثلة في تقريب العدالة من المواطن. الأرشيف القضائي مصدر هام للبحث حول المجتمع الجزائري في السنوات المقبلة، كما يعتبر نافذة مفضلة تفتح لمعرفة الماضي وتشهد كذلك على عمل الإدارة القضائية والعلاقة التفاعلية للدولة والمواطن من خلال القانون. مع مرور الزمن تصبح هذه الأرشيفات ضرورية بالنسبة للذين يبحثون عن معلومات، عن مختلف التحاليل التاريخية. ABSTRACT : The Judicial archive and records have a significant place at the level of the judicial authorities in Algeria, and the huge increase in number of documents at all levels raises some concerns about their management (preservation, payment, sorting, exclusion, arrangement, coding ...) and the problem of carrying out all scientific processing of archival documents. Which requires the ministry of justice to consider a ways and appropriate solutions in order to solve the problems of managing these documents. The process of managing the judicial archive at the level of the ministry of justice and its judicial authorities is considered as sensitive and important process that is subject to standards and measures. Therefore the application of scientific techniques as well as the global and national theories and standards for organizing and managing the judicial archive is truly crucial if one tends to take it for granted as an enormous significance in order to keep pace with these organizations and bodies, whether at the central or local level, the changes that have taken place in all fields regarding different projects to modernize the current sector of justice in order to become a bridge between justice and citizen. Our aim in this research is to shed light on the reality of the process of managing and organizing the department of judicial council’s archive of Oran, and after having closer look to the overall introduction which is centered on the judicial organization in Algeria, as well as introducing the judicial archive in Algeria, in addition to that the purpose was to introduce it more and more and in detail as well its holdings and archival balances. Methods and modalities for the treatments of all reported holding. The whole purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the most important results obtained and the degree in which it is in accordance with the hypotheses that we set to explore as solutions to our problematic. The judicial record and archive are one of the interesting areas for research in Algeria in the coming years which opens new horizon for understanding the past and to experience the work of the legal administration and the interactive relationship of the state and the citizen through the law. These archives and records become necessary and one of our social fabrics for those looking for information as well as various historical analyzes for the foreseeable future.
