الملخص: توظف مناهج البحث العلمي في مختلف العلوم من أجل تسهيل مهمة الباحث ويقتضيه الأمر إلى تعامل مع مختلف المناهج بحسب موضوع وطبيعة الدراسة والمجال الزمني الذي تغطيه، ولذلك فقد نجد مناهج تكمل دراسات علمية ولا تستغني عنها كاستخدام المنهج التاريخي في العلوم القانونية والإدارية بهدف معرفة الوقائع العلمية في الجانب القانوني والإداري فيما تعلق بالنظم القانونية الإدارية والحركة التشريعية...وغيرها. The scientific research methods are used in various sciences in order to facilitate the task of the researcher and it is necessary to deal with the different curricula according to the subject and the nature of the study and the time span covered. Therefore, we may find curricula that complement scientific studies and do not dispense with them such as the use of the historical curriculum in legal and administrative sciences The legal and administrative aspects of the administrative and legislative systems, and others.
